At least 12 persons were killed and several others injured after heavy dust storm hit different parts of the country on Tuesday.
At least five persons including two children died and 20 others wounded when heavy dust-storm hit the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Tuesday.
Emergency was imposed in the hospitals after the incident. Many roofs of houses, walls were damaged and billboards collapsed on the roads. The trees were uprooted due to natural disaster.

The life activities were completely paralyzed with the dust storm in Peshawar which hit the city and surrounding areas with the speed of 90 kilometers per hour.
Sources said that dust storm created traffic mess in the city and suburbs. A number of vehicles collided on GT Road and University Road due to low visibility.
According to reports, darkness prevailed in several areas with the dust storm and heavy clouds.
Lady Reading spokesman Jamil Khan told media that the hospital received one dead body of 25-year-old Roz Amen, son of Shamsher, a resident of Warsak Road while 17 injured included 12 women. The injured were identified as Naseen Bibi, Khaista d/o Bakht Khalil, Tayaba d/o Abdullah Shah, Amna d/o Hakeem Ullah, Jan Bibi d/o Zareef, Alhina, Shazia, w/o Sabaqat, Jaweria, d/o Minhaj, Farishta, d/o Minhaj, Zakia d/o Miraj, Rahellah d/o Miraj, Rasheda w/o Ammen Khan, Musa Khan s/o Sheer Rehman, Ajmal, Hilal s/o Aziz, Baseer s/o Khalid Khan.
INP adds: In Lahore, as a result of hurricane, a wall of Ravi Ryan factory fell down , due to which four women wokers were killed and more than 30 received injuries. Ambulances of Rescue 1122 and Edhi Foundation shifted the bodies and injured to different hospitals of the city, where the condition of several women is stated to be critical. Meanwhile, heavy dust storm hit Lahore, Faisalabad, Chiniot, Sargodha, Muzaffargarh, Mianwali and surroundings areas. Storm also hit Dera Ismail Khan, Tank and some areas of Balochistan. In different incidents seven people, including five children, were killed. In Muridke three children died when a wall fell on them.
