Draft Counter Insurgency Regulations approved by the Cabinet

The Federal Cabinet on Wednesday approved the Draft Counter Insurgency (In Aid of Civil Power) Regulations 2011 for Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) and the Provincially Administered Tribal Areas (PATA) in terms of Article 247 (5) and Article 247 (4) respectively.
