Apple has published a list of its suppliers for the first time as it looks to head off criticism over how workers are treated.

Apple co-founder Steve Jobs died “peacefully”, his family said, as they thanked those who have supported them through the past year of his battle with cancer.
“Steve died peacefully today surrounded by his family,” his relatives said in a statement on Wednesday.
