Joe Namath’s first touchdown pass in professional football came in Week 2 of 1965, his rookie season, in a 14-10 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. The touchdown came in the fourth quarter and went 37 yards to Don Maynard.

#2 – Good match!

During his career, Namat was very stable. He threw 173 regular season touchdowns over 13 seasons. He scored 87 points during home games and 86 points on the road.

His longest touchdown pass of his entire career came in the fourth quarter of a 21-17 loss to the Miami Dolphins in the 1974 season. The play went 89 yards and the pass was caught by Rich Custer.
